Shameless Promotion!
Just back to try and add a commercial for Son and his music event tomorrow night in London - which seems to have worked. If you want to hear some examples of their music, the link is here
Thank you Donna - Mum's do understand don't they? Hugs, M xx PS. Must come over and catch up with your life!!.
Dear Aims - thank you - so pleased you like it. The nearest I can get to labelling it is "Global House", plus a bit of "Dance" and a bit of "Techno". Love M xx PS Will be over to yours to catch up later.
I really like it - I play either Hotel Costes or Buddha Bar music in my classes and it sounds like a cross between the two - where can I buy it? BTW a journalist interviewed me for the Telegraph the other day and I mentioned you - has she been in touch? `Lx
Welcome Ms Dragonfly - I love your name, it conjures up a wonderful picture. Thanks for your support for Son. M xx
Hi Lulu, and thank you, I'm glad you like it - I do too. They have two releases, one is on an Eddie Richards/Fabric label, and there is another more recent one - plus a re-mix they were asked to do. I'll find out for you and get details. Thanks also for your mention to the Telegraph Journalist,(how exciting for you)I haven't heard anything yet, but will wait and see. Love M xx PS. Apparently their night went very well. Son was dee-jaying, Daughter was on the door!!
Yes, you have to promote your son's music. Had a little listen. Got some frowns from the others as they were watching something on TV. I will go back to it later. You must be very proud of him! Good luck with it!
Hi again Lulu, Son says he thinks they're available on iTunes, "Distance" ep and an Orb re-mix (track is called "Vuja De") both by Living City, of course. If this is not enough info, just let me know. Thanks again, M xx PS. If you google http://living-city.co.uk/ you should be able to get all the info from their website. xx
Hi there Maggie, exciting isn't it? Apparently their night was a real success. M :-)
Drawn to Blogging, I don't know why, but a working lifetime writing stuff probably has something to do with it.
Ex-wife (twice), ex-Advertising copywriter (now called "Creative").
Thankfully you can't be an ex-Mother.

Lovely sounds! What is this type of music called - or does it have a name?
I'd be bragging too - so no shame!
